Shadow Work Sessions

Service Description

In this intensive 5 session one on one session series, we work alongside your spirit guides and allow your soul to uncover hidden traumas and beliefs that you have been suppressed or not yet addressed and is causing you to feel confused, misaligned, discouraged, anxious, etc. You become more aware of how your current situation is a result of previous soul imprints that you've developed over lifetimes. At the end of each session you will be given tasks to be done on your own with your spirit guides to assist in deepening your connection to SPIRIT. We will discuss these results during your session and ultimately "check off" the healed areas as we go! This is a wonderful opportunity to receive guided assistance at a pace and format that is comfortable for you. **It is recommended that you participate in a total of 6 sessions.
